　　Responsibilities

　　데이터센터 운영, 장비 유지보수 및 서비스 프로비저닝을 포함한 기술지원 서비스 제공케이블 설치, 제거 및 테스트 진행서버 및 네트워크 장비 설치, 장애 처리Incident 프로세스에 대한 이해 및 처리데이터센터 내 외부업체 작업 관리 및 감독SLA 기반 티켓 관리 및 작업 내용 문서화

　　Qualifications

　　0~5년 IT 인프라 관련 경력 (신입 지원 가능)정보통신기사, 무선설비기사, 방송통신기사, 통신선로산업기사 등과 같은 기사 자격증 보유자 우대고객 중심적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력기본적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분주말 또는 공휴일을 포함한 교대근무 가능하신 분 (2교대 필수)
