　　What You Will Do

　　Key Responsibilities

　　l Work with business stakeholders to deeply understand business context and key business questions.

　　l Formulate model-based solutions by combining machine learning algorithms with other techniques such as simulations.

　　l Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories.

　　l Develop analytical / modelling solutions using a variety of commercial and open-source tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)

　　l Compare results from various methodologies and recommend optimal techniques.

　　l Provide guidance and leadership to more junior data analysts, managing processes and flow of work, vetting designs, and mentoring team members to realize their full potential.

　　l Organize, understand, curate and analyze data to drive business decisions.

　　l Constructively challenge with the status quo and look for new ways to improve processes and results.

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　l Bachelor’s degrees in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science (Master’s degree is preferred)

　　l 38 years of work experience in data analysis/predictive modeling/data mining/advanced analytics techniques or relevant functional experience required.

　　l A combination of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and programming knowledge

　　l Understanding of descriptive and exploratory statistics, predictive modelling, evaluation metrics, decision trees, machine learning algorithms, optimization & forecasting techniques, and / or deep learning methodologies

　　l Proficient in using Python/R, Solid understanding of data-modeling techniques including statistical evaluation, scoring and correlation-analysis etc., Excellent statistical reasoning and applied statistics skills.

　　l Ability to lead, manage, build, and deliver customer business results.

　　l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mind and critical thinking.

　　l Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

　　l MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

　　l Proactive & Positive & innovative mind

　　Desired Qualifications

　　l Business experience and well understanding in marketing, business planning, and performance/growth marketing or relevant fields.

　　l Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.

　　l Experience in working with BI Tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI), ETL Tools (ex. SQL Query) and major cloud providers (ex. AWS, GCP).

　　l Acquainted with executing data management and associated operational processes (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality standards).
