About the Compliance & Ethics Program:
The mission of Compliance & Ethics (C&E) is to:
Collaborate across the company to develop policies and programs that help employees and Oracle business partners to avoid unethical conduct and to comply with the law.
Develop and provide communications and training on Oracle policies and programs for employees and business partners.
Verify and enforce compliance with Oracle policies and programs.
Hold Oracle employees and business partners accountable for violation of Oracle policies.
Audit and enhance the effectiveness of Oracle’s compliance program.
About the Position:
Oracle is hiring an experienced audit/investigation manager to support its global C&E Channel Compliance program. The ideal candidate is skilled at conducting complex reviews relating to compliance with corporate business practices, anti-bribery laws and accounting rules. They will have demonstrated success working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and perform independent reviews of Oracle’s channel partners (Oracle Partner Network resellers and distributors), assessing their compliance programs and evaluating compliance with Oracle’s policies and agreements.
Organize, plan, and execute on all aspects of the reviews, including scoping, detailed test work, data analysis, interviewing, and reporting.
Analyze complex business, legal, and financial processes.
Work collaboratively with internal and external subject matter experts.
Promote an ethical corporate environment through partner engagement and communication of Oracle’s expectations / best practices.
Perform reviews in accordance with Oracle’s Compliance & Ethics program guidelines, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ Code of Professional Ethics, and the Institute of Internal Auditors Practice Guide on Internal Auditing and Fraud.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience in audit / compliance / legal / investigation roles, with direct experience managing audits or investigations.
Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
Project management, process assessment, analysis, and problem solving skills.
Integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to travel, as required (up to 10-15%).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet business requirements.
A high level of passion, self-motivation and commitment to team objectives.
Other / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading and/or overseeing third-party compliance audits.
Expert understanding of channel risks and business models in the IT industry.
Knowledge of anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA and UK Bribery Act provisions).
Professional certification related to fraud investigations, auditing or compliance (e.g., CFE, CIA, CCEP I/II, CPA, CA, CFF).
Experience working with computer-aided auditing, continuous monitoring, or data analytic tools.
