The scope of Data Analytics entails the creation of automated, big-data-driven, standardized dashboards serving as a source of truth for ITSM processes. These dashboards aim to support both business partners and process users, offering a comprehensive organizational overview and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
The Data Analytics Business Analyst will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT service reporting and ITIL to develop the reports and dashboards to improve the IT service globally. The candidate will collaborate with process owners, key IT partners, other reporting SMEs and to our IT customers as well, maintain and develop new reporting solutions. The role will also support partially some IT process with professional advice, and multi-functional support in case of such need.
This role will be a key part of a multifunctional team that designs, supports, and maintains the underlying Data Analytics owned reporting solutions.
What will you do?
Our team transforms available raw data to a user-friendly, transparent, meaningful set of performance review boards supporting ITSM processes and IT Business Processes
We aim to fulfil our customer's requests
We serve the partners as customers by: Supporting them with solutions articulated as a business need, Enabling them to reach their goals, Ensuring the right level of service quality, Providing early warnings for any major failure, Predicting future trends based on data.
We ensure the right logic of calculation that reflects the process related definitions
We do end-to-end developments in MS Power BI or MS Excel (and in any further tool).
We ensure agile, transparent working method
We self-serve problem management support for network root cause analysis, own and drive problem investigations, trend analysis
We promote and own dashboards enabling customers to understand and apply our products.
We do maintenance of owned dashboards, regular data validation ensuring required data-refreshment happened, flag and handle issues in case of any found problem with live dashboards
Ensure completion of tasks documented in the task tracker within the designated target date while adhering to the highest quality standards aligned with the task's intended outcome. If the initial target date is unattainable, promptly signal this issue and provide a justified explanation for any delay. Request support if necessary and commit to a new, achievable due date.
Carry out testing and corrections

How will you get there?
Work experience in IT business management operations is preferred
Proven ability in reporting, and IT business processes
Proven ITIL knowledge is a must
Advanced level MS tools (excepially MS Excel) is a must
Experience in Service Now or other ticketing tool ticket management
Strong Power BI skills is an advantage
Experience in Problem or Change Management is an advantage
