Business Development and Digitization ProfessionalSOUTHFIELD, MI
Position Synopsis:The Business Development and Digitization Professional will lead and implement digitization of Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practice tools including training documents, dashboards, and playbooks for NA Seating Operations. The individual will be responsible for benchmarking, developing, and launching strategic digitization projects.
Key Job Activities Will Include:Develop and launch Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practice (LSS & BP) Master TrainingsLead digital dashboard development effortsPlan and execute training opportunities for plantsWork closely with the Continuous Improvement teams to ensure read across opportunities are executedDevelop and manage strategic projectsPartner with leaders from executive, middle, and associate level teams
Business and Technical Requirements:Business or technical degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education (2 - 5 years)Competency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, Power BI, Dundas BI, and Foundry softwareProficient with computer skills and software applications including Excel, Minitab, and PowerPointRecord of execution excellenceResults driven, problem solver with strong interpersonal skillsEffective facilitation skillsAbility to command respect and influence others through principled leadership and sound business ethicsExcellent written and oral communications skillsAble to work in a collaborative, global environment
