JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dairy Plant Manager - R-28978DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Dairy Plant Manager The Plant Manager roleprovides overall direction for the Kiel, WI facility in all areas ofsafety, quality, sanitation, cost, customer service, cheesemaking, laborrelations. Responsible for driving improved performance in all theseareas that meets business targets and supports growth. Accountable forcheesemaking, cheese quality, plant asset utilization, and positiveemployee relations. Works closely with sales to ensure effectivecustomer relationships by attending joint gradings and attendingcustomer visits. Kiel is a 24/7/365 milk receiving facility thatproduces ageable cheddar and sweet whey. Other responsibilities includebut are not limited to developing and executing the site budget withincorporate guidelines. Manage all plant resources to optimizeprofitability to meet or exceed internal and external customerexpectations.
