　　Job Description

　　Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Champion to directly support operations, and assist in training and adoption of various Joint Cyber Command & Control (JCC2) applications developed for cyber operations on the government owned Big Data Platform (BDP). Will need to become an expert on the BDP and work with structured and unstructured data. Will also help provide some project management and DevSecOps support from which organic growth is desired. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with the ability to be on customer site 3–4 days a week.

　　Essential Job Responsibilities

　　Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between company and targeted government customers.

　　Function as the SME for on-site operational BDP capabilities and work to operationalize said capabilities into the customers daily operations. Provide excellent technical support to users of our Big Data Platform and its applications. Answer user questions and troubleshoot issues related to the platform.

　　Will help analyze diverse data sets including structured, semi-structured and unstructured.

　　Provide company leadership updates on the training status, key customer engagements and overall assessment of the government's direction and adoption of capabilities.

　　Responsible for understanding the BDP technology / capabilities and championing accordingly. Monitor the performance of the platform and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback.

　　Work with Enlighten’s Customer Experience Group to develop and implement marketing of capabilities, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity.

　　Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers.

　　Develop customer relationships and maintain updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence.

　　Collaborate with internal engineering and development departments.

　　Own the customer experience success from start to finish. Work closely with company development and engineer teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates track with customer targets and timelines.

　　Act as the focal point to pushing capabilities out to the customer. Ensure the customer is fully aware of relevant DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints to ensure acceptance of new updates, features or capabilities.

　　Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies.

　　Additional duties as assigned.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance is required and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen to apply.

　　Minimum of 5+ years experience in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

　　Must have prior government or military experience with any of the following organizations: Coast Guard, MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.

　　Prior experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), big data, building visualizations, etc. is needed.

　　Experience directly managing complex technical projects and or programs.

　　Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users.

　　Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. Ability to speak in a public forum in highly visible customer spaces on-site.

　　Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

　　Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

　　Ability and willingness to work a hybrid schedule with about 3-4 days/week on customer site.

　　Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

　　Preferred Requirements

　　Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies and Cyber Security.

　　Technical background strong enough to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating would be an asset, but not required.

　　Any previous BDP experience is a huge plus.
