　　The IT Help Desk Intern will:

　　Performs a variety of functions including provide system support such as PC/software user support, hardware support and configuration, and general network support.

　　Flexible work schedule: Ideal candidate will be flexible to work full time during summer, and work part time while attending school.

　　Work Location: On-site at the La Crosse, WI Chart Facility.

　　What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

　　Performs analysis and administrative tasks in planning, design and installation of new and existing personal computer bases applications.

　　Provides general help desk support to include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, software support for MS Office Suite, e-mail user creation, and support and troubleshooting.

　　Provides support for hardware configuration and maintenance including installing new equipment, upgrading existing equipment and doing general maintenance.

　　Remote PC support.

　　Performing network account maintenance to include new user set-up and off boarding of old users, adding and removing groups for network and assisting in accessing networks.

　　Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

　　Your Education Should Be…

　　Must be currently enrolled in a related major.

　　Must have at least one year of school completed.

　　Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

　　Work Location: On-site at the La Crosse, WI Chart Facility.

　　Your Professional Experience Should Be…

　　Basic understanding of applicable software applications.

　　Good organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and good attention to detail are required.
