  CX Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation Functional Lead/Architect

  In this role, the CX Sale Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC) Functional Lead/Architect will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations, and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud. You will advise the Project Manager & other team members from time to time on implementation aspects of the project. As a CX Sales IC Cloud Lead/Architect, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team’s alignment to standard practices and procedures. Build an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practices.

  This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your consulting skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, technical skills and ability to remain focused and follow-through on plans.

  Responsibilities

  Preferred experience / expertise:

  8+ years’ experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation, or 8+ years’ experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation

  8+ years in the Sales/Variable Compensation domain

  Working with or as a part of Sales Management teams and Sales Force Automation solutions

  Experience in the following applications is a plus but not required:

  Oracle Sales Cloud Territory Manager

  Oracle Sales Cloud Quota Management

  Oracle Sales Cloud Forecast Management

  Able to:

  Apply business process knowledge to Sales and Marketing/ Variable Compensation challenges

  Facilitate requirement gathering sessions

  Analyze and map existing client compensation processes to standard Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation processes

  Analyze and map existing client compensation plans to Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation functionality

  Define solutions that leverage Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation functionality, standard and extensible

  Develop and deliver end-user training

  Prepare and present executive project briefings

  Lead discovery sessions

  Define conversion strategy to load payees, transactions, quotas, and historical data

  Background should include exposure to the following domains:

  Sales Operations

  Sales Compensation

  Industry Compensation Practices (Financial services, retail, and/or manufacturing / distribution)

  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer Science (BS/MS) or a technical field.

  Certification in one or more of the following:

  Oracle Fusion Sales

  Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation

  Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

  Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
