　　Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

　　Job Summary: EMCOR Services Betlem has been in business for over 90+ years, designing, building, and serving HVAC, refrigeration, controls and piping systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Respond to HVAC&R service calls as required/dispatched.

　　Install systems as assigned.

　　Boiler, RTU, split system, and small refrigeration system service experience a plus.

　　Provide required support in estimating service work and coordination of projects.

　　Communicate with customers and show a high level of customer service skills.

　　Coordinate work schedules and materials as needed.

　　Provide office with cost estimates for repair work.

　　Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.

　　Ensure that work is executed as scheduled.

　　Assist and participate in the on-call program.

　　Assist project and service managers with new accounts

　　Qualifications:

　　Clean driving record

　　EPA certification

　　OSHA 10 Hour

　　Compensation Range: Up to $43.00/hour
