Required Qualifications
HS/GED.Minimum of four (4) years of experience backing up or supporting an IT help desk operation.Vocational or technical training in Computer Operations or Computer Technology Support.CompTIA A+ or the ability to obtain certification within nine (9) months of hire.Possession of a valid drivers license and safe driving record.Preferred Qualifications
