TEKsystems is Hiring Customer Service Representatives in Daleville, Indiana! (Start in February 2024)

　　Description:

　　This is a contracted call center position

　　Fielding calls relating to customer questions with account issues

　　Assisting in troubleshooting problems with customers online account (Account Transfers, Password Resets, Transactions, etc.)

　　M-F 7:45am-6pm availability required (An 8 hour shift will be assigned between those hours)

　　Required Skills:

　　6+ months of related customer service experience (Call Center or Retail experience)

　　Technical skills associated with basic computer programs

　　HS Diploma or equivalent

　　Perks:
