Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination StoreCustomer Service Representative position. The Combination Store CustomerService Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers andphone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limitedto: Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way Answertelephone calls promptly Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products,placement, availability, price and use Sell welding and safety productsand services to customer Fit and sell medical products and services tocustomers Continue education on industry billing criteria as it relatesto specific customer insurance requirements Initiate and complete newpatient referral information files and assist in setting up new accountswhere applicable Issue product sales quotes to customers Trackcustomer\'s order in the computer and be able to interpret where orderis in the delivery process Perform other tasks as assigned or necessaryPay \$19-\$22/Hr DOE Qualifications Medical homecare experience is aplus Good typing and 10-key skills Working knowledge of home medicalproducts, placement, availability and pricing Working knowledge ofwelding, gases and supplies Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbsAbility to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbsAbility to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability toaccurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge orany software applications necessary to the position Company DescriptionFounded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has morethan 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah andWyoming.
