Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will act as a pivotal point of contact for our top-tier customer accounts, maintain, and improve customer relationships, and provide prompt responses to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for creating sales orders, coordinating shipments, and assisting with various operational activities. This job offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary contact for high-value customer accounts

• Foster and enhance relationships with all our existing customer partners

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about RFQs and order updates

• Generate orders based on sales quotes, ensuring all data is complete and accurate

• Collaborate with the operations team and other departments

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with different vendors

• Assist the operations team in understanding and using all operating systems as needed

• Review vendor invoices and help prepare monthly customer invoices based on pre-determined rates

• Enhance weekly KPI reporting to ensure appropriate metrics and targets are being used

• Provide transportation quotes, work with freight brokers, and choose the appropriate truck based on dimensions for each customer-facing role. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing top-notch customer service.

• Experience in a call center environment is necessary.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately.

• Skilled in handling email correspondence.

• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry is required.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in KPI reporting is a plus.

• Understanding of logistics and distribution is beneficial.
