　　The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.

　　Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.

　　Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Required Experience:

　　2 years RN experience and 1 year Healthcare Leadership preferred

　　A background in the Operating Room - Required

　　Certifications, Licensures, Education:

　　BLS - Required

　　Registered nurse license- Required

　　Bachelor Degree in Nursing- Required
