About Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be part of our team in Petaluma, California. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing technical product support to our customers, ensuring a positive user experience. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support for customers, addressing both general and technical queries.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively troubleshoot reported issues.

• Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, assuring them of resolution.

• Identify, document, and communicate customer trends to help improve overall user experience.

• Suggest process improvements and product features to minimize customer inquiries.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer support standards.

• Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Be adaptable and flexible in handling various customer service situations.

• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively. Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and inquiries.

• Proficient in data entry tasks with high attention to detail.

• Capable of managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
