Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Irvine, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry of customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers and affiliates while also ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatching and billing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with customers and affiliates, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle the reception and dispatching of work orders according to customer expectations.
• Monitor and update the status of all work orders, ensuring timely completion and communication of status to all relevant parties.
• Obtain inspection purchase orders from customers and dispatch them to affiliates promptly.
• Coordinate weekly follow-ups on inspection completion status.
• Request and submit proposals for additional repairs or services as needed.
• Ensure completed inspections, reports, and invoices are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.
• Review and manage the exception management queue and mark-up queue on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper pricing of service and inspection calls before submitting to billing.
• Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy before invoicing.
• Handle any missing paperwork and dispute incorrect invoices from affiliates.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in a Call Center Customer Service
• Data Entry Skills
• Knowledge in processing Customer Invoices
• Dispatching skills

• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, if necessary.
