Position Title: Customer Service RepresentativeDepartment: OperationsReports to: General Manager
Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service to all customers and business partners of Kaizen CollisionCenter throughout the repair process.Responsibilities:Review with customers and walk-through the repair process: Greetcustomers by phone or in-person; explain to customers about the collisionrepair process, including insurance claims information, processing, andpayment procedures. The Customer Service Representative is responsible forestablishing an effective relationship with each customer to support apositive customer experience.Complete vehicle intake process: This includes mapping damage,photographing vehicles, and documenting work files per company and repairpartner standards.Perform administrative tasks: Administrative tasks include collectingpayments, updating rentals management portal (ARMS), supportinggeneral manager with expense documentation and conducting Accounts ReceivablefAdditional responsibilities as assigned.Job duties/Job description may be adjusted or added based on the needs ofthe business or at management discretion
Requirements:Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.Effective time management.Able to multitask and manage competing prioritiesCommunicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners.Proficient with computers.Excellent customer service skills.Valid drivers' license required.Eligible to work in the United States.Willing and able to pass a thorough background check.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish).Knowledge of the Collision Industry.
