Your responsibilities in this position:

Actively engage in cross-selling and referring customers to support business development and client referral goals.

Manage the preparation and dispatch of important written business communications.

Handle incoming telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide friendly and accurate customer service in a timely manner.

Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external partners, as well as clients/customers.

Requirements

Desired qualifications include:

2+ years of experience in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment within the retail industry.

Proficiency in data entry.

Understanding of dispatching processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of customer invoices and job scheduling.

Experience in call center customer service.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Comfort in resolving complex customer inquiries using advanced research methods.

Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly.
