JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Customer Service Representative addsvalue to BAPI by professional and effective customer service to internaland external customers, utilizing excellent communication andproblem-solving skills, and an in-depth knowledge of BAPI systems andprograms. Primary responsibilities described in detail below includeorder entry, in-bound calls and webstore accounts. Job Responsibilities:Customer order processing- Hand-key data entry of orders received viae-mail & fax Verify and transfer orders received through BAPI Webstoreand electronically transmitted orders Create & process verbal and creditcard orders through BAPI CRM Accept and confirm customer specific ordersfrom their respective portals. Create & validate customer addressrecords in BAPI operating system Daily follow-up of open orders toadvise customers in advance of delayed shipments Make additions andcorrections to orders when needed and verify Non-Product part numbermatches submitted request. Provide quality customer service to internaland external customers- Create and attach commercial invoices and AESwhen necessary to International orders. Contact customers to addressorder-related questions i.e. part number, pricing, ship method, account,etc. Assist customers by providing price/discount information andcoordinate with production to provide accurate lead times- Provide orderstatus information Provide freight quotes and package trackinginformation Identify, research and resolve all other customer needs orconcerns and follow-up on customer needs/concerns that can\'t beimmediately resolved, coordinating with other departments as necessaryResolve or route customer service e-mails Review and accept webstoreaccount requests, creating new customer records in BAPI CRM andfollow-up tasks for sales Assure that customers receive order andshipping acknowledgements, provide copies of packing lists & invoices onrequest Provide timely feedback to appropriate department(s)/personnelregarding customer concerns and Compliments. Create cases with UPS formissing or incorrect shipments and damaged product. Keep track of andsubmit for refunds to UPS of all GSR Update, Confirm and give AdvancedShipping Notification (ASN) in customers respective portals. Telephonereception and call routing- Promptly and cheerfully answer all incomingcalls. Assess callers\' needs, answer questions as appropriate and/ordirect incoming calls to appropriate staff/team Prepare and maintaindocuments and reports- Process quotes through BAPI CRM Create cases &request RMA\'s for error tracking and \"non-defective\" product returnsCoordinate with customer-selected carriers and prepare exportdocumentation for international shipments Scan/Maintain electronic orderhistory files Maintain customer database Maintains industry knowledge byattending educational workshops or classes; reviewing relatedpublications; establishing networks. Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed, including special projects andtasks as delegated by Manager Working Conditions: Standard office andlight industrial environment. Open office space; shared with others.Wear safety glasses, ESD lab coats and closed toe shoes in specificlocations in the facility Physical efforts (e.g. standing, sitting,walking, repetitive lifting, bending stooping, or other physical effortrequired and how much): Daily sitting at a computer for long periods oftime, bending/Stooping and general mobility throughout facilityRecommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, orbilling methods and procedures to prevent future problems. Order teststhat could determine the causes of product malfunctions.
