Job Specifications:
Outlet: Newly renovated & rebranded Curio
Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.76 / hour
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time, Year Round
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the hotel Leadership Team to maximize revenue & minimize expenses while providing the highest level of guest service.
Handling any guest comments or claims providing exceptional service and resolution.
Observe performance of team members, celebrate exceptional service & encourage improvement where needed.
Assist in the ordering and inventory control of Restaurant front of house products
Assist in the conduct of Monthly Inventory Beverage Counts
Manage the maintenance & sanitation of work spaces to ensure a safe work environment
Perform tasks of employees supervised when needed to facilitate service and for training
Monitor SALT feedback to highlight trends for the property & work with others to address any detracting items.
Assist in the conduct of orientation training with new associates
Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity.
Hold and document daily pre-shift meetings and conduct all staff meetings as needed.
Create the "WOW" factor at their first impression - arrival at the hotel.
Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff.
Ensure associates are in 100% compliance to uniform standards
Successfully complete other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in Leadership experience in a restaurant environment – Required
Ability to support a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills and detail oriented
Strong Hilton skills(OnQ, R&I, Opera, PRIO) - Preferred
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Demonstration of key attributes: Adaptability, Customer Focus, Dependability, Productivity & Quality
