Robert Half is looking for a personable Customer Service Representative to assist our client with making outbound calls to conduct surveys.
This Customer Service Representative position via Robert Half is perfect for someone who likes the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. If you love building solid customer relationships, and are articulate and highly-skilled, this Customer Service Representative position might be for you. This position is in the Coralville, Iowa area and is a short-term contract to assist with a marketing project. Are you interested in making outbound calls and conducting surveys? Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Conduct outbound calls to various providers
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
-Conduct survey's on product usage and provide information to sales team
-Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Well-founded grasp of Outbound Sales
Proven knowledge of Outbound Marketing
Earlier work involving Survey process
Call center experience desired
Strong familiarity with call centers
Inbound Outbound Calls experience highly desired
Call Center Customer Service experience preferred
Practical knowledge of Phone Coverage
Previous experience working with customer service
Skills in customer service
High Volume Call Center experience preferred
Wide ranging experience with Customer surveys
Quality experience with Phone Etiquette
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
