The Product Director (PD), Channel Solutions will reside within the Janssen Neuroscience Organization within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and reports to Group Product Director, Channel Strategy. You will lead the development of channel solutions that positions J&J neuroscience as a strategic partner and mobilizes care delivery population health decision makers (e.g. Integrated Delivery Networks/Health Systems, Community Health Centers and Super Groups) to urgently take action to improve care for patients living with serious mental illnesses. You will collaborate closely with neuroscience key account management (KAM) team to ensure solutions are aligned to key customer careabouts and make a real difference for patients living with serious mental illness!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Understand and gain deep customer insights for neuroscience care delivery channels and within key accounts collaborating closely with key account management team
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to develop innovative account solutions that are aligned to customer needs, quintuple aim, overall channel strategy, brand strategy, and enable portfolio growth
Stand up and maintain a peer-to-peer program focused on care delivery population health decision makers to accelerate system-level interventions to improve patient outcomes
Develop neuroscience health information technology strategy and account solutions to compliantly educate and embed our products leveraging technology (e.g. EHR)
Evolve Neuroscience Voice of Customer program to capture and act upon customer feedback real-time
Support commercial insights team in development and execution of market research to inform channel solutions
Collaborate with commercial insights team to define measures to compliantly assess impact of channel solutions and resources
Lead KAM field operations, including meeting management and sales-field alignment to enable efficient and effective execution
Partner closely with KAM learning & development to roll-out new account solutions and build KAM`s capabilities to embed solutions within accounts
Proactively collaborate, seek for and include diverse perspectives from various teams, including market access, KAMs, brand marketing, commercial insights, medical, compliance and legal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Market access marketing or key customer/account marketing with a focus on population health decision makers required
Experience directing and managing external vendors/agencies required
Demonstrates understanding of key care delivery channels (e.g. Veteran`s Affairs, Community Health Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks) and knowledge of specialty care ecosystem with experience in aligning incentives across the healthcare ecosystem
Experience in or understanding of core marketing competencies required
Experience developing resources and programs to educate population healthcare decision makers, from initial design through copy approval
Demonstrates excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization and align various perspectives and partners
Highly curious and willing to dig deep to understand core customers insights and ecosystem dynamics; self-starter who proactively sets direction and shapes white space; courageous to challenge the status quo and lead the way with facts and data
Strong time and project management skills
Demonstrated executive presentation development and storytelling, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, OneNote)
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 30% domestic travel
