Hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Irvine, CA! This is a 3 month contract role with possibility of extension.

　　Description:

　　Completing EFT payments.

　　Processing invoices.

　　Processing credit card payments.

　　3 way matching.

　　Might assist with month end closing activities.

　　AP accruals.

　　Sending AP checks to vendors.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience processing at least 300 invoices weekly is required.

　　Experience with Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUPs) is required.

　　3 way matching experience is required.

　　Bachelor's degree preferred.

　　3+ years of relevant experience.
