  This position will be WORK ON SITE ONLY at our Port St. Lucie, FL site location. Hires must reside within a 50-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL.

  Responsibilities

  Your Responsibilities

  Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

  Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  Basic Technical Troubleshooting for Computer issues.

  Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

  Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

  Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

  Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

  Provide feedback on call issues

  Upsell if required

  Qualifications

  Ability to work On Site at the Port St. Lucie Florida Offices. NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION .

  6 months Customer service experience preferred

  Over 18 years of age

  Ability to type 25 wpm

  High School Graduate or GED REQUIRED.

  Comfort with desktop computer system

  Proven oral & written communication skills

  Logical problem-solving skills

  Ability to navigate Windows operating systems

  Organization and work prioritization skills
