　　Position: EPM Product Manager - Financial Consolidation Close

　　We are actively seeking an exceptional EPM Product Manager to lead advancements in the Financial Consolidation Close domain, contributing significantly to the enhancement of our market-leading consolidation solution. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in migrating on-premises customers to the EPM Cloud, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and serving as a prominent advocate for our solution.

　　Qualifications:

　　Accounting/Engineering degree or equivalent.

　　Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in Hyperion Financial Management or EPM Cloud (FCC) experience is highly preferred.

　　Key Qualifications:

　　Strong financial background, demonstrating expertise in core consolidation, translation, and intercompany elimination processes.

　　Proven experience in leading Oracle EPM implementations, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close.

　　Genuine passion for assisting customers in their digital finance transformation journey.

　　Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with an unwavering customer-first attitude.

　　As a pivotal member of our dynamic product management team, you will lead the charge in steering the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions, with a specialization in the Financial Close domain. Your primary mission involves guiding on-premises customers through a seamless transition to the EPM Cloud. This requires close collaboration with sales, partners, and customers to identify the optimal pathway to the cloud and identify areas for enhancement in the transition/migration process.

　　Within the broader product management team, your collaborative efforts will be instrumental in fostering continuous improvement across the entire product. Your engagement with key stakeholders will play a key role in effectively conveying direction and vision, establishing yourself as a prominent advocate for our solution.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　As a seasoned product manager/senior product manager, you will:

　　Provide invaluable insights to Oracle Hyperion on-premise customers, facilitating their smooth transition to the Oracle EPM Cloud.

　　Review customers' design documents, focusing on Financial Consolidation Close, and recommend optimal approaches and principles to both customers and implementation partners.

　　Spearhead the design of new product features and enhancements, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

　　Collaborate closely with the support team, offering expertise to troubleshoot complex customer issues effectively.
