  Kelly is assisting our client a large midwestern retail organization in Appleton, WI with an Customer Care Representative role. Work within a team that shares a positive attitude as they work within a collective set of goals and values. This is a temporary to hire opportunity!

  • Regular day time schedule: Monday – Friday (working hours between 7am-5pm)

  • Starting pay rate of $18.00/hr.

  The basics of working as Customer Care Representative include:

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience for customers via phone call and electronic (email) or social media platforms

  • Provide information, answer questions, assist with billing inquiries, order processing and shipping costs

  • Facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues

  • Provide solutions, recommendations, and information with a sense of urgency, positivity, and empathy

  • Work with other departments/team members to resolve customer questions or concerns

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 2+ years of customer service, sales or training experience required

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, & chat platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection is required
