Description:
The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders received by fax, email, online or telephone in an accurate and timely manner with attention to customer service. Provides information on available promotions, new product upsells and product and/or service information as requested. Performs duties while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of responsibility.
Key areas: proficiency in excel, credit processing, and working with discounts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be Customer Service oriented with a strong Customer Service skill set.
Proven ability to deal with high profile and demanding accounts and customers
Professional and pleasant telephone soft skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate, including MS Office
Knowledge of Syspro 8.0 an asset.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must work well individually and in a team environment
Work Environment
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
OFFICE ENIVIORMENT - FULLY ONSITE
