　　Are you a CNC Machinist with a knack for precision and a flair for machine setup? We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to join our team and bring their expertise to the forefront. If you have experience in CNC machining and the ability to set up machines for optimal performance, this is the role for you. Qualifications: Must have 3 years of relevant experience in CNC operating and/or Set-up Relevant experience must come from CNC machines If no experience, relevant courswork with a bachelor's degree is required!

　　Responsibilities

　　CNC Machining Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in CNC machining operations, utilizing your skills to produce high-quality components with precision.

　　Setup Specialist: Take the lead in machine setup activities, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and configuring tools for efficient production runs.

　　Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to understand project specifications and translate them into machine setups.

　　Quality Control Champion: Conduct thorough quality checks during and after machining processes, ensuring that components meet design specifications and quality standards.

　　Tooling Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of various cutting tools and their applications, selecting and setting them up to achieve the desired machining results.

　　Programming Proficiency: Work with CNC machine programming, including inputting cutting parameters and making adjustments as needed to optimize the machining process.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
