　　Major responsibilities

　　Receive and send written business correspondence

　　Handle incoming telephone calls

　　Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

　　Excellent computer skills

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites

　　Proven knowledge of data entry

　　Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word

　　Direct Phone Calls experience

　　No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills
