Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely data entry for customer orders.

Setting up and maintaining schedule agreements.

Providing excellent customer service, answering their queries and coordinating various tasks.

Monitoring customer websites and addressing supplier performance ratings, orders, and alerts.

Timely troubleshooting customer order issues.

Running weekly reports including open order, drop-in/out, and summary reports.

Supporting prototype or pre-series orders.

Managing activities, tasks, and documents using SAP Software.

Promoting plant recycling programs and contributing to the achievement of quality/management objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate’s degree (AA/AS) or three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of the two.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
