Customer Service and Installation Manager   Description: The role of the Customer Service and Installtion Manager is to assure that each and every customer has a successful and timely installation experience, and the company achieves its installation revenue targets.   Main duties include supporting the managing the team to our customer service model that includes but is not limited to:   * Managing the installation managers and installers as needed * Supporting installer collection activities * Handling customer service calls* These may include scheduling, re-scheduling * Dealing with difficult customers * Entering payments into the CRM system * Assisting installer with solutions to problems as they arise * Contacting customers regarding upcoming installations * Assuring after-action customer calls are made and addressed proactively * Interfacing with sales management to resolve issues * Meeting or exceeding installation revenue targets * Maintaining accurate and timely notes in the CRM system. * Proactively managing installer performance * Maintaining the fleet   Skills and Experience:   * Outstanding communication skills written and oral/phone skills * Dealing with troublesome customers in professional and calm manner * Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products * Management and team development skills * Proficiency in understanding architectural plans * Proficiency in understanding contracts * Experience with 32mm construction system * Finish carpentry and installation experience a big plus   The successful candidate will possess a mature character not easily distracted in a fast-paced environment.
