　　Robert Half is working with a very well-known company in the area looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is a temporary role with a strong opportunity to be brought on full-time.

　　Job Description:

　　As the customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls daily

　　Assisting customers/clients over the phone and through email on their accounts and any questions they may have

　　Updating customer accounts and entering in new or updated data

　　Also as the customer service representative, you will be responsible for following up with customers on certain needs

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of customer service or call center experience

　　bilingual in Spanish

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Great written and verbal communication skills

　　Detail-oriented and well-organized

　　Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office
