Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing professional to create stories on how cloud technology is transforming the world – from the largest enterprises to the hottest startups.
This role will focus on customer storytelling across different mediums including case studies, the Fix This podcast, video, social media, and more. They will balance telling the well-known brand stories with developing the mission-driven stories that show the impact of AWS across industries and regions. They will also help scale the channels for self-service production to scale to the broader AWS marketing team. With the ability to shape messaging and create compelling stories, this role will help bring to life the stories of our customers – and help others up level their reference content.
You will be responsible for editing content and maintaining the highest standard in the organization’s communications. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and accuracy are required along with a passion for communicating effectively, a strong attention to detail, and a collaborative work style. Key job responsibilities
• Serve various marketing stakeholders who want to create customer references to cover key elements or describe challenges and solutions.
• Create, review, and publish written customer case studies, video testimonials, and podcast episodes.
• Raise the bar on content production at scale.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
