Description and Requirements

Operations professional responsible for the daily management of account portfolio.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Account contact and Client contact in supporting Account Receivable collection, collateral management and customer inquires.

Prepares materials for use in status account reviews

Responsible for territory risk management and customer satisfaction attainment and keeps customers appraised of the condition of their accounts and their ability to support current and future financing volumes.

The job requires timely and accurate processing of routine administrative transactions and all related tasks. Ensure the delivery of a high quality work. Recommend improvements to existing procedures processes.
