  Responsibilities

  Propósito del Cargo

  El especialista en operaciones comerciales es responsable de la entrega de las mejores presentaciones de ofertas/propuestas, lo que incluye recopilar y liderar los aportes comerciales y técnicos de la línea de productos, información de las partes interesadas del país, así como la gestión de todas las respuestas de aclaración y las actividades de gestión de contratos para el trabajo asignado durante el etapa de licitación.

  Es responsable de asignar todas las revisiones funcionales de las licitaciones (legales, comerciales, impuestos, crédito, etc.) y de todas las rutas de aprobación requeridas (SFDC GOA, etc.). Trabajará con los puntos de focales de la propuesta en las áreas asignadas para administrar todo el cronograma para la creación de cada propuesta asignada y colaborará con los representantes de los países para crear planes de contenido local personalizados, teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de licitación a nivel local. En la etapa de contrato, el Especialista en operaciones comerciales también será responsable de la gestión comercial y administrativa de los contratos desde la firma, ejecución y hasta su cierre.

  Qualifications

  Experiencia & Educación

  Experiencia mínima de 5 + años en una función comercial y en preparación/redacción y gestión de licitaciones (ciclo completo), ventas, términos y condiciones comerciales, negociación (no directa, pero debe dominar lo relacionado a las licitaciones para sustentar la información ante el cliente) incluida la experiencia con administración de contratos.

  Grado Universitario. Preferiblemente con Especialización en administración, economía, derecho o ingenierías.

  Conocimientos, Habilidades & Destrezas

  Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar simultáneamente múltiples ofertas/proyectos.

  Habilidades competentes de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  Conocimientos informáticos avanzados (Excel intermedio-avanzado).

  Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.

  Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para relacionarse e influir en todos los niveles dentro de organizaciones propias y cliente.

  Capacidad de manejar procesos bajo presión.

  Fuerte atención al detalle, metódico y meticuloso con respecto al trabajo.

  Comprensión del entorno empresarial de la industria del petróleo y el gas.

  Recursivo.

  Inglés: Intermedio (deseable, mas no limitante)
