We are looking for someone who can commute to various account sites in the Greater Bay Area to provide coverage for accounts based on their needs. We provide milage gas reimbursments!

　　Responsibilities

　　Mailroom services including shipping and receiving, office services including filing and reception,

　　and device support including basic maintenance and toner replacement based on account

　　coverage needsEnsure timely delivery of incoming packages and record deliveries.

　　Provide convenience care for various printing equipment at an assigned account including toner

　　replacement, clearing jams, loading and delivering paper, assisting end-users, and placing

　　service calls for malfunctioning copiers.

　　Monitor printing supplies and place orders to restock inventory. Occasionally report usage of

　　printing equipment at client accounts.

　　Communicate with management about account changes and scheduling.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
