　　Our Commercial Subsidiaries Group ("CSG") Relationship Associates specialize in extending support to the overseas subsidiaries of Citi Commercial Bank’s (CCB) global parented clients. Working closely with CSG Relationship Managers to deliver a remarkable client experience, CSG Relationship Associates are protector of our Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) business, rallying our teams to build successful global commercial banking relationships for most of our most important clients.

　　The CSG Relationship Associates act as the central client contact in the country / region along with the CSG Relationship Manager and orchestrates the local delivery and execution of the Bank’s broad spectrum of products and services. On a daily basis, a CSG Relationship Associate will be responsible for the following:

　　Responsibilities:

　　Builds relationships with client network and operational teams, becoming a key contact for internal requests/problem escalation and resolution

　　Ensures timely completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and other regulatory requirements, in partnership with product partners and Relationship Managers (RM)s

　　Helps clients to access Citi’s global network, locating local coverage and product support across the globe

　　Works with RMs and product partners to on-board new clients/new subsidiaries and KYC

　　Engages with product partners and Citi’s global network to identify revenue opportunities and to position certain products with clients

　　Ensures periodic support discussions are held with clients and are correctly documented

　　Maintains correct client legal and marketing hierarchies

　　Assists in implementation of cash transactions for Banker

　　Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
