Description

We are partnering with one of our Beaverton based clients on several customer service representative roles. This roles will involve connecting with current partners as well as new business owners and managers for partnership programs primarily over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in outbound calls to coordinate approvals from a variety of business owners across the U.S.

• Use skills in Customer Service to update customer information and qualify leads within the system

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of data, maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times

These will be short term contract employment opportunities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer service and ability to make high-volume outbound calls

• Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute to ensure quick and efficient data entry.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
