Description We are in search of a meticulous Project Assistant to provide support to our Engineering Department in our Chemicals Manufacturing facility in Charleston, Tennessee. This role will focus on accurate and efficient data entry related to engineering data, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Input engineering data into major ERP system and MS Excel spreadsheets with precision and efficiency

• Ensure data is entered promptly and adheres to departmental standards

• Assist in data analysis and generation of reports

• Uphold the integrity and accuracy of data

• Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors in data to the appropriate personnel

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

• Independently manage workload while maintaining a high level of organization

• Utilize skills in business process engineering to streamline data entry processes

• Adapt to changing projects and tasks as needed. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Proven ability to perform data entry with high accuracy

• Basic understanding of Engineering principles

• Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry and its processes

• Familiarity with Business Process Engineering

• Experience working with a major ERP system
