Protein Conversion Raw Material 2ND 3RD SHIFT - EDINBURG PLANT

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00p-10:30p (Schedule subject to change - Saturdays as needed)

3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 10p-6a (Schedule subject to change - Saturdays as needed)

Pay Rate: $18.25 + $1 Shift Differential

Position Summary:

The Raw Material Person is responsible for learning all job responsibilities within the Protein Conversion Area. Additionally responsibilities will include, keep a close eye on the raw material bins, clean floors, clean the catch basin and walls of raw material daily, foam weekly, unloading reefer trailers and open top trailers.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Skill Summary:

Able to obtain yard jockey license

Must be able to operate a forklift and bobcat.

Must be willing to promote safe working habits.

Must have an excellent work, safety and attendance record.

Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.

Other duties as assigned.

Applicant/employee must have a valid driver’s license .

Must be able to work in a non-clean environment with chicken parts that cannot be used for consumption
