Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of desktop systems within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues including hardware and software

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac Computers and Microsoft systems

• Maintain and manage Active Directory, ensuring all systems are correctly configured and updated

• Provide Deskside Support to users, assisting with installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance

• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management

• Deploy new equipment and software to users, ensuring optimal configurations and installations

• Manage tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide support for Office 365, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

• Assist with server support, ensuring optimal operation and resolving any issues as they arise

• Stay updated with system information, changes and updates. Requirements • Proficiency in Mac Computers is required.

• Must have strong Microsoft skills.

• Experience with Active Directory is essential.

• Must have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Experience with Configuration Management is necessary.

• Deployment skills are required.

• Deskside Support skills are a must.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure.

• Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Must have a professional attitude and work ethic.

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
