　　Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Crisis Specialist to conduct phone and mobile crisis services, including triage assessment and crisis interventions.Schedule Details: Full Time - Weekdays/Weekends 11 pm-7 amLocation: Exton, PAProgram: Valley Creek Crisis CenterPay Rate: $22+/hourJob duties:Conduct effective crisis assessments, triage, and stabilizationProvide clinical level-of-care evaluationsConduct telephone crisis counseling to determine appropriate interventionsParticipate in mobile outreach in a variety of community settingsConduct appropriate aftercare follow-up contactsCollaborate with community partnersProvide service referrals and linkage as clinically appropriateMaintain quality documentation of clinical service deliveryProvide timely supporting documentation for all clinical services provided

　　Minimum Requirements:Experience and/or Education:Bachelor's Degree with Major coursework in Social Sciences or a related fieldHigh School Diploma or Equivalency3 Years of Mental Health Direct Care ExperienceLicensure/Certifications:  None requiredClearances:  Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance. Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listNote:At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceCompensation Package:Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week.
