Description

A Robert Half client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Print Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the execution of a wide variety of print projects, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the print production process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a 4-day a week, onsite position located in Smyrna Vinings, GA. Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of print projects, including estimating, scheduling, pre-production, production, and delivery.

Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with internal creative teams, external vendors (printers, prepress, etc.), and clients to ensure project success.

Obtain and review print quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.

Review and approve proofs and press checks.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Stay up-to-date on the latest print technologies and trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience as a Print Project Manager, preferably in an agency or large brand environment.

Deep understanding of print production processes, including offset, digital, and large format printing.

Strong knowledge of prepress, color management, and finishing techniques.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
