Maintain IT infrastructure of SL Alabama, including computer systems, hardware, software, web portals, internal and intranet connections, firewalls, and servers;Plan, construct, and manage networks, systems, and servers to ensure they are optimized and functioning as intended;Keep an inventory of all electronic components for our IT infrastructure;Utilize configuration files and perform infrastructure's configuration tasks to manage IT infrastructure;Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in IT infrastructure;Manage input units, output units, storage units, arithmetic logic units, and control units in computer system architecture;Install and troubleshoot various cabling;Manage and monitor status of server backups;Provide off-hours coverage and emergency support to solve IT infrastructure issues;Track and route problems, requests, and document resolutions;Collect detailed information and data to effectively diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;Promote proactive support actions to prevent errors' recurrence in IT infrastructure;Provide advice to users on appropriate actions or tasks to solve issues in IT infrastructure;Provide effective and user support and issue resolutions for our IT Infrastructure;Research questions using available information resources;Participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts;Ensure the compliance with standard procedures and guidelines for managing and maintaining SL Alabama's internal IT infrastructure; andStay current with system information, changes, and updates.[Requirements:]{new="" roman="" times=""}
