People *Customers * Trust Basic Qualifications: Experience in successfullytroubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Must Possess a WIState Indentured Journeyperson Sheet Metal Card. Be proficient inwelding aluminum and stainless steel. On the job success in safety,attendance, and quality of work expected. Strong mechanical aptitude,good decision-making skills, and be self-motivated. Experience withPneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, boilers, and compressors. Must have agood attitude and able to work in a team environment. Willingness topursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities. Must have owntools or willing to obtain tools needed. Ability to manage severalpriorities at once. Be passionate about maintaining a safe workenvironment. Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & backgroundcheck. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Thereis a possibility of shift work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must possess a valid Driver\'s License. Preferred Qualifications:Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within thecorrugated or packaging industry. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must bewilling to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other productionpersonnel. Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems ofessential importance. Excellent communication skills. Work with a senseof urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
