　　General Summary:

　　High level role: Leading efforts for about 10 members team responsible for synthesizing high speed cores to achieve the best possible PPA.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Hands ON efforts to achieve the best-in-class PPA. Work with CPU Design, DFT, PD and Signoff team to solve dependencies about NLs, constraints and other misc hand-offs , also close interaction with SOC team. Ensure deliverables quality in terms of FV, CLP and other hand-off checks along with tracking QOR across to deliver best quality NLs. Good understanding on DFT, LEC, CLP, synth/ PD optimization techniques along with good understanding on STA and constraints aspect. Work with library team to solve key bottlenecks. Interaction with CAD for meth enhancements along with EDA to solve & enhance tool features challenges. Mentoring / developing engineers for next level challenges.

　　Desired experience: 9 to 14 years of experience in synthesis with Bachelor / Master in Electronics stream.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

　　Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

　　Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
