What you'll do for us
The successful candidate will add value using the information collected via Shop Floor and SAP. You will:
Analyze and monitor process variability actions, CPK, of all plant packaging machines and participate in projects to remain connected to Shop Floor-visualizing information and line improvements.
Generate a link between MUV and SPC, promoting actions to reduce production variance.
Monitor material rates with available information and identify improvement opportunities based on analyzed data.
Spearhead data-driven projects that emerge from the analysis of the mentioned KPIs.
Analyze weekly key area management indicators: OEE, Use Variance, PDR, and Internal Defects.
Manage and lead OEE and participate in improvement projects for its digital capture.
Participate in the development of manufacturing process FMEAs. * Support Operational Excellence initiatives, focusing mainly on Standardized Work, 5S, and Performance Management.
Contribute to environmental care, occupational safety, and health at work.
What are the qualifications needed
Experience working in Production areas, preferably in food manufacturing.
6 months to a year of experience in beverage and/or pharmaceutical products. * Knowledge and management of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Operational Excellence, Quality, Security, Continuous Improvement.
Master of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, advanced level in Power BI, other recommended knowledge of Phyton and SQL.
English language proficiency (intermediate level).
University degree preferably in Engineering.
