Description:
**All candidates MUST be open to OT during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.-OT can start an hour BEFORE the shift time
*8 openings on the 6am shift*1 opening on the 7am shift
Pay:Assembler I: $19.50 (6 months -1 year of manufacturing w/microscope)Assembler II: $21.00 (1 year+ medical device w/microscope)Assembler III: $24.00 (4+ years of medical device w/microscope) (Currently no level III openings at this time)
Shift differential $1.50
9 x 1st Shift:5:45am or 6:00amOT as needed before shift, No Saturdays
1 positions will be on a 7 AM to 3:30 PM Shift
The Assembler I under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices.
Important/Must haves:-Microscope experience-Small part assembly-Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/ Supervisor.Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. 6. Other duties as assigned,Skills:
