Counter Sales Associate \$21.12/hour starting rate (Payfor experience) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday(OT may be available)Milwaukee, WI Primary responsibilities will include: Be the front lineof service for our customers by receiving, processing, and fillingcustomer orders at the counter and from phone or online orders. Advisecustomers on prices and materials and assist in the warehouse. Pick andpack exact materials from warehouse stock for will call pick-ups andlocal truck delivery. Complete the order process by loading deliverytrucks or customer vehicles. Responsible for opening and closing thebranch location on assigned occasions considering building security andcustomer service. Strong communication skills including listing to andspeaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone. CustomerService Experience Preferred. Able to develop product knowledge tounderstand customer requests and identify appropriate materials andparts. Strong math and technology skills. Ability to adapt quickly tochanges and handle pressure such as customer service demands and tighttime constraints. Ability to work within multiple computer software atone time, comfortable navigating and searching the internet. Ability tofrequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh upto 75 lbs. Experience working in a fast-paced industry that embraceschange. Electrical warehousing, electrical construction, warehouseequipment experience is preferred.
